Permanent CPR Training Center Inaugurated at Kanha Ashram, Hyderabad

Hyderabad, India — Emphasizing the life-saving importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), a permanent CPR Training Center was inaugurated by Dr. Satheesh Kathula at Kanha Ashram, Hyderabad. He donated the necessary equipment in his beloved parent’s memory. The center aims to provide continuous, structured CPR education to the community.

Speaking at the inauguration, Dr. Satheesh Kathula expressed deep honor in launching the initiative and contributing to its establishment. “CPR saves lives. I was privileged to donate manikins and automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to support hands-on training at the center,” he said.

While CPR awareness camps have traditionally been conducted on an episodic basis, this center represents a significant step forward by offering permanent access to life-saving education. The initiative will be supported by Indo-US Community CPR and Project Heart India, who will provide ongoing training and expertise.

The CPR Training Center at Kanha Ashram is expected to serve as a vital community resource, equipping individuals with essential skills to respond effectively during cardiac emergencies and ultimately save lives.
