On February 12, 2026, Telangana Social Welfare Minister Adluri Lakshman Kumar formally unveiled the “Sankshema Diary – 2026” at his chamber in the Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad. The diary was prepared by the Telangana State Electricity SC ST Employees Welfare Association to promote awareness and unity among SC and ST employees in the power sector. Association President Shyam Manohar and Secretary General Medhi Ramesh felicitated the minister and expressed gratitude for supporting the initiative.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister appreciated the association’s efforts in safeguarding the welfare of SC and ST employees in the electricity sector. He assured that, as Social Welfare Minister, he would work dedicatedly to protect their constitutional rights and raise their concerns before the Deputy Chief Minister and the Chief Minister. Several office bearers and representatives from different electricity companies attended the event, marking it as a significant step toward strengthening employee welfare initiatives in the state.
