Hyderabad, October 24: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy made a surprise inspection of the GHMC’s ‘Pet and Play Park’ that is under construction on Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills. The Chief Minister stopped by the site while returning from attending several wedding ceremonies and personally reviewed the progress of the park’s development. Earlier, the Chief Minister had directed GHMC officials to develop the government-owned land—which had been lying neglected and filled with debris—into a public park to prevent encroachments and promote community spaces. With construction nearing completion, he examined the facilities and gave several on-site instructions to ensure quality and timely execution. During the visit, CM Revanth Reddy interacted warmly with the workers engaged in the construction. He inquired about the work status, challenges, and the welfare of the laborers, emphasizing the importance of creating clean, inclusive urban recreational spaces in Hyderabad. The GHMC’s upcoming ‘Pet and Play Park’ aims to provide a unique recreational area for families and pet owners, reflecting the government’s vision for modern, citizen-friendly urban development in Telangana’s capital city.
