Chandrababu stressed that the judiciary plays a crucial role in safeguarding democracy by correcting societal wrongs. He also expressed concern over misuse of social media and urged citizens to uphold Ambedkar’s vision of equal voting rights for all. His goal, he said, is to build a “Healthy, Wealthy, Happy Society” with everyone’s cooperation. The CM praised Justice Gavai for his simplicity, fairness, and commitment to equality, noting that such leaders should continue guiding India. Highlighting India’s demographic advantage, Chandrababu said the country possesses abundant human resources unlike many nations facing ageing populations. He credited India’s economic rise to strong reforms and affirmed that by 2047, Indians will play a leading role globally. Referring to his earlier decisions on promoting IT, he said Hyderabad’s transformation stands as evidence of visionary governance. Hyderabad, October 15, 2025: Telangana Industries and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu has been invited as a chief guest at AusBiotech 2025, one of the Asia-Pacific region’s most prestigious life sciences conferences, to be held in Australia. Telangana will be the only Indian state represented at this global platform, marking a proud moment for India in the international life sciences arena. Australian Consul General Ms. Hilary McGeachy met Minister Sridhar Babu to discuss the significance of his participation at the summit. Their discussions focused on strengthening bilateral collaboration in healthcare innovation, artificial intelligence (AI), advanced manufacturing, and research partnerships between Telangana and Australia. This global recognition comes as Telangana’s life sciences ecosystem continues to flourish — attracting over ₹63,000 crore in investments in the last two years across pharma, biotech, and medtech sectors. According to a recent CBRE report, Hyderabad has been ranked among the Top 7 Global Life Sciences Clusters, the only Indian city to achieve this distinction. Under the visionary leadership of the Chief Minister and Minister Sridhar Babu, Telangana’s cooperation with Australia has grown stronger. Earlier this year, the Governor and Trade Minister of Queensland participated in BioAsia 2025 held in Hyderabad, further cementing the partnership. With an even larger Australian delegation expected for BioAsia 2026, Minister Sridhar Babu’s keynote at AusBiotech 2025 is set to deepen global collaboration and reinforce Telangana’s position as a world leader in life sciences and biotechnology innovation.
